16.2 Where a data breach is assessed to create a high risk to the rights and freedoms of individual data subjects, phhappy will also notify affected players directly — via their registered email address and/or registered mobile number — as soon as reasonably practicable, providing information about: the nature of the breach; the categories and approximate number of personal data records affected; the likely consequences of the breach; and the measures phhappy has taken or proposes to take to address the breach.
16.3 phhappy maintains documented breach detection, response, and notification procedures, and conducts periodic assessments of data breach preparedness as part of its broader information security governance framework.
phhappy reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform's data processing practices, applicable law, regulatory requirements, or industry standards.
