Each individual may hold only one phhappy account. Duplicate accounts created to circumvent restrictions, exploit bonuses, or for any other purpose are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of all associated funds and bonuses.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account with phhappy and to use any gaming or wagering features of the Platform. This requirement is a mandatory condition of Philippine law as administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is non-negotiable. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.
⚠ Underage Gaming: Registration by any individual under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited. phhappy reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account discovered to have been opened by an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, and all funds held in such Account — including deposits and winnings — will be forfeited in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of phhappy is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. phhappy makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. If you access phhappy from a jurisdiction where such access or use is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and phhappy bears no liability for any consequence thereof.
3.3 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number or email address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
3.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) Account on phhappy. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — regardless of the name, contact details, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited. phhappy employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate Accounts and reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit all balances where duplicates are identified.
3.5 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. phhappy will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify phhappy immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account.
4.1 KYC Verification. phhappy reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time, including but not limited to a valid government-issued Philippine ID (PhilSys, Passport, Driver's License, SSS, UMID, or equivalent), proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by phhappy may have deposit, withdrawal, or gaming functionality suspended or restricted pending completion.
4.2 Account Currency. All Account Balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Transactions conducted in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the exchange rate applied by the relevant payment provider. phhappy does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and bears no liability for currency conversion differences.
4.3 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. phhappy will notify the Account holder via registered contact details prior to applying any dormancy administration fee. The applicable dormancy fee schedule is disclosed in the current version of these Terms as updated from time to time. Dormant Account holders may reactivate their Account by contacting phhappy support and completing any applicable verification requirements.
4.4 Account Statements. A complete transaction history for your Account — including all deposits, withdrawals, bets placed, results, and bonus transactions — is accessible at any time from your logged-in Account dashboard. It is your responsibility to review your Account statement regularly and to report any discrepancy to phhappy support within thirty (30) days of the relevant transaction.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phhappy accepts deposits via GCash, Maya/PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph (InstaPay/PesoNet), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The available payment methods may be updated from time to time at phhappy's sole discretion. The current list of accepted methods is always displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 (One Hundred Philippine Pesos), unless a specific payment method imposes a higher minimum which will be disclosed at the point of transaction.
5.3 Deposit Ownership. All funds deposited to your phhappy Account must originate from payment accounts or instruments that are registered in your own name. phhappy strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment instruments, shared payment accounts, or funds sourced from any unlawful activity. Where a payment is identified as originating from a third party, phhappy reserves the right to reverse the deposit and suspend the Account pending investigation.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by phhappy within the timeframes disclosed in the Cashier section. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of request approval, subject to the Player's Account being fully verified. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day. phhappy reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding applicable verification thresholds.
5.5 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. phhappy applies a return-to-source policy as an anti-money-laundering control measure. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Where this is not technically possible, phhappy's support team will work with the Player to arrange an alternative withdrawal route subject to verification requirements.
5.6 Withdrawal of Bonus-Derived Winnings. Winnings generated from Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn once all applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied. Real Money Funds that are deposited separately from any bonus are not subject to withdrawal restrictions and may be withdrawn at any time, provided KYC verification is complete.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on phhappy is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible via the game's information or help panel. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the game outcome, while these Terms shall govern all Account, payment, and conduct matters.
6.2 Bet Acceptance. A wager is not deemed accepted by phhappy until it has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been assigned. In the event of technical failure, communication error, or any other disruption prior to bet confirmation, the wager will be void and any staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account Balance.
6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per bet type. These limits are displayed within the game interface. phhappy reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without notice.
6.4 Voids and Errors. phhappy reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a technical error, pricing error, or any other manifest error. A manifest error includes, without limitation, a bet offered or accepted at odds or terms that are clearly incorrect and that a reasonable person would immediately recognise as erroneous. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account Balance.
6.5 Certification and RTP. All games listed on phhappy are supplied by certified game studios and are subject to independent auditing for RNG integrity and published Return-to-Player (RTP) accuracy. Published RTPs are theoretical long-run averages and do not represent guaranteed returns on any individual session.
7.1 Promotional Offers. phhappy may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, free spins, and other promotional incentives from time to time. 7.4 Promotional Modifications. phhappy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Modifications will not affect bonus funds already credited and accepted by the Player prior to the modification date, provided that the Player continues to comply with the applicable terms of the promotion as they existed at the time of acceptance.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phhappy. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances, including Real Money Funds, where phhappy determines that the prohibited conduct has caused harm to the Platform or other players.
9.1 All content available on phhappy — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, user interface design, and audio-visual material — is the proprietary property of phhappy or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use phhappy's content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from phhappy.
9.3 Any unauthorised use of phhappy's intellectual property, including copying or reproducing game content, brand assets, or any part of the Platform's interface, will constitute infringement and may be subject to legal action.
10.1 phhappy provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phhappy expressly excludes all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10.2 phhappy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any interruption, error, or delay in the operation of the Platform; (c) any loss of data, profits, or business opportunity; (d) any third-party conduct on the Platform; or (e) any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
10.3 phhappy's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit phhappy's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request to close your phhappy Account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, you should withdraw any remaining Real Money Balance. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
12.2 Suspension for Investigation. phhappy reserves the right to suspend any Account temporarily, without prior notice, while investigating suspected prohibited conduct, identity fraud, payment fraud, or any other potential breach of these Terms. During a suspension, access to the Account and all associated functions — including deposits, withdrawals, and gaming — will be restricted. phhappy will endeavour to complete its investigation and communicate an outcome within a reasonable timeframe.
12.3 Termination for Breach. phhappy reserves the right to permanently close any Account and forfeit all associated balances where a Player has committed a material breach of these Terms, including any prohibited conduct described in Section 8, age misrepresentation, identity fraud, or financial fraud.
12.4 Regulatory Direction. phhappy may close, restrict, or suspend any Account in compliance with a direction or order received from any competent regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court of competent jurisdiction, without notice to the Account holder where disclosure of such direction is prohibited by law.
13.1 phhappy collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference and available at phhappy.vip/privacy-policy.
13.2 By registering an Account, you consent to phhappy collecting and processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and providing you with a personalised gaming experience.
13.3 phhappy will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data sharing with third parties is limited to what is necessary for operational, regulatory, and legal purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.
14.1 phhappy reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of material amendments will be provided to registered Players via email to the registered contact address, in-account notification upon next login, or by a prominent notice posted on the phhappy website, at phhappy's discretion.
14.2 Amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the amendment notice. Where no specific effective date is given, amended Terms take effect immediately upon publication at phhappy.vip/terms-conditions.
14.3 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.1.
15.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law, including but not limited to the regulations and directives of PAGCOR as they apply to online gaming operations serving Filipino players.
15.2 In the event of a dispute between you and phhappy, you should first contact phhappy's customer support team and allow phhappy a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally. phhappy is committed to handling disputes fairly and transparently.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent regulatory body or court with authority over phhappy's operations in the relevant jurisdiction.
15.4 Dispute Regarding a Game Outcome. Disputes relating specifically to a game result or bet outcome must be submitted to phhappy's support team within thirty (30) days of the result being recorded. phhappy's records of all game transactions shall, in the absence of manifest error, constitute final evidence of the outcome of any wager.
